We were looking for a car for months and It was an extremely overwhelming experience. Jean Aviles really stepped up to the plate and delivered. We were able to get a good reliable car at a great price. I've been to many dealerships in the last 3-4 months and a vast majority wasn't really putting our needs first, just trying to make a quick sale. I visited Jean twice, the first time we couldn't really find something in our budget. Fortunately the second trip went great. He was able to get us into a used 2024 suv and it was just a little under what our budget was. Jean has amazing customer service, super nice and very helpful also treated my crazy family and i like if we were family.

Although first time was a unpleasant experience. I have to admit that Medhi turned things around. He was so helpful and made me change my opinion on Paragon Honda.
